✨ Appointments

 

All appointments are one-on-one and by booking only. This ensures you receive my full attention in a calm, private environment.

 

⏰ Running Late

 

Please let me know if you’re running late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service out of fairness to the next client.

 

💳 Deposits

 

A deposit may be required to secure some appointments. This will go toward your service total and is non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

 

🔄 Cancellations

 

I understand that life happens! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your time to another client.

 

🚫 No-Shows

 

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be asked to pre-pay future appointments.

This is a safe, inclusive, and judgement-free space. Everyone is welcome, and kindness is always the vibe.
